Plant Science

Our first unit in AP Bio will be on plant biology. Usually we do this unit near the end of the year, but we're going to switch it around this year.

There are several chapters in our textbook on plants (chapter 7, part of chapter 17, and chapters 31-33). We will have two tests on the plant unit. The first plant test will be on based on notes and textbook sections 31.3, 31.5, 31.9-31.13, 32.1-32.5. The first plant test will be on Wednesday, October 2nd (Day 4

; Lunch).

Welcome to AP Bio!

This is a challenging course (Bio42S AP). It involves a considerable amount of work, including a lot of independent reading. If you are prepared to make a commitment to this class, I am confident that you will be rewarded by achieving a deeper and more meaningful understanding of biology.
